What do you think will be the future design classics?

    We have classic furniture designs like The Egg Chair by Arne Jacobsen and for cars the Volkswagen Beatle etc. What do you think will become the next design classics in the future? :beguiled:

    The apple products will surely be design classics (all of them) in the future. Isn't the iPod already one? Cars like Porsche looks almost the same as they did 10 years ago, maybe some of the older cars by them are design classics already!?

    I think Philippe Starck's products will become the next design classics! He is a modern Le Corbusier, so for example the gun lamp he designed will probably be a design classics.
