Seljord Watchtower by Rintala Eggertsson

    The municipality of Seljord commissioned this watchtower over the lake of Seljord. There has for many centuries been a legend that a "sea monster" exists in the lake, of the likes of the Loch Ness monster in Scotland.

    The structure is 12m and built in timber which beautifully blends in with the surrounding nature. With its "periscope" shape it features three different observation points and an ideal place for tourist to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature.
